After years of perfecting the most traditional and authentic recipes (with advice from our discerning customers!) We offer a delicious range of South African meats all home made on the premises.

BOEREWORS – A delicious spiced beef and pork sausage, served in a ring – perfect for barbeques or the Braai!
	BILTONG – For most South Africans these strips of salted dried beef still remain the tastiest snack! Made from fresh strips of topside/silverside which are then flavoured and dried.
DROEWORS – This is made in much the same way as Boerewors, except that pork is not used.  Our Droerwors is made with beef and lamb and then dried as the biltong is.  Another tasty snack!
